ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDLINES

Oral presentation slot – 8 minutes presentation with 2 minutes Q & A.

The presentation must be presented in the English language.

You are advised to adhere strictly to the time allocated to be eligible for Best Oral Presenters.

Authors of accepted abstract for oral presentation will receive detailed presentation guidelines via email closer to the conference date.

A panel of experts will review the abstracts for suitability before being accepted. There is no limit to the number of submissions per participant.
The corresponding author will receive a confirmation of acceptance for poster or oral presentation via email by 30th September 2024. Authors of accepted abstracts will be further informed about the date of the session, and presentation guidelines will be provided via email. -
Any KHUAM Conference’s committee members who wish to submit their abstracts must adhere to the following guidelines:
: The paper consists of other authors who are not part of the committee members.
: For abstract submission, the first or corresponding author should not be the committee members
AND the presenter should not be the committee members.
